Why I have this website
I like to think of this website as a major part of me, although I try not to let it take over my offline life. Then again, I sometimes can’t remember why as highwaybynight.com is a hobby of mine and therefore should take up an appropriate amount of my time.
This is where I show off photos I take, layouts I make, books I read, and much more. The most important part, inevitably, is the blog which is my way of recording my everyday life in order to be able to look back one day and read through the entries. I originally started the blog to keep track of my traveling but, as it turns out, it’s not easy to stop blogging once you’ve started and so here I go.
I’m extremely interested in foreign cultures and languages and I also see this website as a way of communicating with other bloggers from all over the world and learn more about the everyday life on other continents.
Finally, this website is the perfect way of combining two of my passions: web design and writing.
