I’ve always been a big fan of your work
I haven’t been around for a while which I hate as I am trying to stick to what I promised just this once and actually blog regularly. It’s hard, though! There are so many different things I want to blog about but lately my brains are just not functioning right – but have they ever? It’s such a struggle to find the right words these days, and I’m not sure why. Right now I am basically praying that I BETTER NOT BE LOSING MY ENGLISH OR SOMEONE IS IN FOR A WORLD OF PAIN. Who that would be, I don’t know. Most likely either God or my mom.
Talking about God. A couple of days ago I read a few reviews for Eat, pray, love by Elizabeth Gilbert and came across something that went along the lines of this: I don’t know who God is or if there is a God, even. If I should ever meet him all I would really have to say to him is I’VE ALWAYS BEEN A BIG FAN OF YOUR WORK.
There.
That sentence pretty much describes my non-existing relationship with God. I don’t know that there is one, I personally don’t believe that there is. And it doesn’t matter, religion doesn’t play a role in my personal life. But should there come a day where I feel that God is there, somewhere, watching over me, I’d slap him on the back and congratulate him on the hell of a job he’s been doing. Because damn, talk about a full time job. And have you seen how beautiful this planet is?
