Me: Didn’t you used to want to buy a domain like cloud9.org or something like it? *lol
Me: Pretty good – and you?
Jane: Ha! Yeah.
Me: Did you ever get it?
Jane: Good, thanks.
Jane: Nah.
Jane: But I’m past that now.
Jane: I can’t be bothered with a domain anymore. In fact, I haven’t had a website since, like, 2005.
Me: *lol Well yeah, but it’s just awesome to hear from you again and that was the last thing I remembered about you. *lol
Jane: Haha. Aww it’s been ages!

When you get online on a regular Saturday night, ready to sign back off right away because CAN THE INTERNET BE MORE BORING THAN THIS, LIKE, I HAVE SO TOTALLY SEEN ALL OF IT ALREADY!, do you expect to meet an online friend you haven’t talked to or seen anything of for three whole years? Who, when you are completely honest with yourself, you had forgotten about because that’s just what happens online, you meet people, you like them, you get along, and then they disappear again.
